we had a great day at the guild workshop. We cut & stitched & sandwiched many quilts for our charity groups. Bea showed us how she takes orphan blocks assorted strips & joins them together to make charming quilt tops.
these are 2 simple tops I made. The first one makes a great zigzag with the orientation of the 2 part block.
the other is a contemporary zigzag from Denise Schmidt's book
